Our staff

The Cirdan Sailing Trust is run by a Trustee Committee with the day to day operation being managed by the Chief Executive and a small administrative team based in Maldon, Essex.

The vessels are crewed by permanent MCA qualified sea staff who are CRB checked and have experience in working with young people.

Periods of leave or sickness may be covered by Relief Crew who are fully qualified, experienced and CRB cleared. Occasionally crew may move between vessels to increase their experience.
